1.) Are you local?
Yes. We are local in the Cleveland, OH area.
2.) Are you licensed?
Yes. Licensed by the State of Ohio and as any other agent
3.) What geographical areas do you cover?
Mostly Cuyahoga, Medina, Summit and Lake counties as well as surrounding
counties.
4.) Will you accommodate my needs?
Absolutely. Some clients prefer to meet at their house and some like to come to
us. Some also choose to meet at a neutral location of their choosing such as a
coffee shop or library. All we need is a laptop and a place to sit.
5.) What are your hours of operation?
Officially 8 am-5pm but practically dawn to dusk 7 days a week. If you are time
constrained we will 100% make sure we meet you when it’s convenient for you.
6.) Are you agents or brokers and what’s the difference?
We are Medicare plan brokers. The difference is that agents work for one
company and sell only their plans. Brokers are independent and offer plans by
multiple carriers without allegiance to any of them. We contract with them so
that we can sell their plans.
7.) What insurance companies do you contract with?
Aetna, Anthem, Devoted, Humana, United and Zing.
8.) Could i possibly save some money if i got a plan from a different agency?
No. No matter who you choose to help you and what plan you choose the cost to
you will be the same. The monthly premium (if any) will be the same everywhere.
9.) What types of plans do you offer?
Medicare Advantage (Part C), Medicare Supplement (Medigap) and prescription
drug plans (Part D).
10.) Will you try to push a certain plan because it might benefit you more?
Absolutely not. Not only is it not moral but is also against the rules we agreed to
follow. We will asses your situation, educate you on your options, answer your
questions and then assist you with any decision YOU make.
11.) Do you recommend staying on Original Medicare, adding a supplement plan or
getting an advantage plan?
There is absolutely no clear answer without analyzing your current situation and
